Special 3 inch Valve
4 Anti-suction Holes on the valve
Ensures  a smooth flow of liquids while loading &unloading; minimize volume left in the flexitank while discharging the liquid cargo;
prevents the PE liner inside blocking the bottom valve when discharging.

Whorl design on the inner surface of the valve---minimize the interspace between the valve and the cap, lower the risk of  leakage at valve.

Safety Design
5 layer design, safely holds liquids inside.
3 inch Valve firmly fixed in the stainless Flange,Avoids leakage.
PE Sock( our self-owned design), Avoids contaminition from any spill out of the flexitank while loading or unloading the liquids ;Protects the Valve

Corrugated Paper( L: 30m ),1 roll/set
Cardboard( 2.4*1.5*0.02m), 1 pc/set
Note: Seel bars and Cardboard together help to support the liquid in the flexitank.
     Corrugated paper should be plated on the side walls of the container inside, to protect the
     the flexitank from friction of the container wall.
          


For Your Special Liquids We  Offer
Heating pad as follows
For easy-crystalized liquids like honey, syrup, and animal oil etc
Place the heating pad on th floor first, before the installation of the flexitank
When discharging, infuse hot steam or hot water into the inlet hose the heating pad, must at a relatively low and stable pressure,  sudden and rapid infuse would lead to a loose inlet hose.
4)Steam or water go through the whole bottom area of the flexitank to heat up the liquids inside,  come out from the outlet hose of the heating pad .
