Green raisin is nature green or yellow color without any additive. This kind of quality is the best one in China. The fresh green grapes are washed and dried by hanging inside house. Winds come through many holes in the house which will dry the grapes into raisins. All this process involves no foreign material, which make the raisins are very clean.
