EVA film is a EVA stands for Ethylene Vinyl Acetate. It is a copolymer resin. The resin, together with a number of ingredients, is heated and mixed thoroughly and is then extruded through a flat die. EVA film is then formed.

Vailable with clear, white and many different colours. It contains no plasticizer. It is always packed in roll form. The outstanding adhesive EVA film is non-sticky and its surface is smooth.

EVA film is always used as an interlayer sandwiched in between two pieces of glass or plastic sheet.

Usage:
one step combining machine is vacuumized in advance with the vacuums not lower than 700mm Hg 0.92Mpa, after heating at 110-120(catual temperature at surface of glass) for 30 minutes, cooling the glass below 60 in temperatuer, then coming back to atmospheric pression, now the laminated glass is completed.
