2.10-inch large-screen mitsubishi touch screen, PLC have the real time scanning result output to the touch screen, at the same time monitoring the guide curve of micro-leak pressure change. Act as the best tool to discern the micro-leak, easy operation;
3. the manipulator,Adopting dump rail guide screw and cylinder working together. Simple structure, nimble action. Artificial intelligence, Preventing machine halt.
4. Manipulator is capable to classify the good or leak product, able to achieve an on-line leak detection by joining to the full-auto production line.
5.five stations system is an autonomous working mode. Capable of testing different battery models on the same machine. No machine halt needed when one of the working stations break down.
