After accepting the invoice, the buyer must send a BCL with it's banking capacity to execute the transaction, with the obligation to open a Revolving Letter of Credit for the monthly amount of said transaction,  after SELLER SENDS THE AUTHORIZATION FOR THE DIP TEST AND THIS HAS BEEN PROVEN SATISFACTORY.
