Plastic granulating machine

This equipment is mainly used for the color mixed and particle granulating of engineer plastics, as well as recycling plastics granulating of low-polythene and high-polythene and polypropylene. The plastics products can be processed are as follows: plastic film, knitting plastic bag, portable plastic bag, basin, bucket, drinking bottle, furniture, and daily products, etc.
The equipment is composed of main machine, assistant machine, crushing and cleaning machine, temperature controlling box. The equipment can produce automatic and continuously with perfect facilities. Features: The equipment use rotating twin film filtering non-stopping machine to change the net, compared with the traditional equipment, the new equipment has good features as rotating changing valve alternative changing net and changing net with non-stopping machine. The equipment are used for plastics particle granulating and use twin steps master machine so as to double filter and remove the impurity and exhaust fully make the particle gloss and strong.
