Plastic mould steel used for making corrosion resistance and wear resistance of high quality plastic moulds, transparent moulds.
Plastic mould steel S136(420, 1.2083, SUS420J2, 4Cr13).
1. Chemicial composition: C=0.34~0.42, Si=0.60~1.30, Mn=0.20~0.70, Cr=13.00~14.50,
Mo=0.15~0.40.
2. Delivery condition: EAF or ESR, hot rolled or forged, black or machined surface, hardened,
tool steel hardness: 31-35 HRC, or annealed, hardness: HBS=229.
3. Application: used for making corrosion resistance and wear resistance of high quality plastic
moulds, transparent plastic moulds, like: PVC moulds.
