1. Material for the main structure:
A: The Integra structure uses galvanized square pipe.
B. The interior and exterior wall panel, floor and roof can use double-faced color steel sandwich panel, OSB board, fireproof MGO Board, plasterboard, concrete founding, corrugated steel plate, PVC board, Metallic coated board, soundproof material, heat insulation material ect according to customer favorite.
C. The roof cover uses metallic decoration tile. The water supply and drainage can use PVC pipe or aluminum plastic pipes etc according to customer favorite.
D. The ceiling can use metallic silk web. The door and window can use PVC plastic steel or aluminium alloy material.
E: The outside wall and other place decoration can use paints, ceramic tile or granite etc according to customer favorite.
2. Technical specifications:
A: The house in in compliance with the Integra Building System. The life time is about 50years with well maintenance.
B. Earth resistance: Above 8 grades.
3. Size and design:
The size is flexible and can be designed according to customer demand. The design is subject to customer confimation.
4. Electricity system:
Including fluorescene lighting, switch, socket, control box, wiring etc.
5. Accessories:
Toilet and bathroom including ceramic water closet, shower head, sink, wash basin and shower tub etc.
6. Installation:
Take 200 square meters for example, it will take two skilled workers about one week to finish installation. All the kits of the houses are prefabricated before leaving the factory for transportation.
7. Deliver time:
About 15-20 days after receiving 30% down payment.
8. Payment terms:
T/T irrevocable confirmed L/C.
9. Price:
USD150-365 per squares FOB Xingang Port, Tianjin, China
10. Load:
For 40 container, about 150-200 square meters can be loaded.
