Operation Instructions:
1. Place webbing around load to be secured and attach hooks to solid anchor points.
2. Feed free end of webbing through ratchet reel and pull until tight.
3. Tighten strap by ratcheting the handle back and forth until load is well secured.
4. To lock ratchet, always leave handle in closed position.
