Dear Purchaser,

We, at MUKETE OIL MILL ESTATE LTD in Cameroon, with full corporate responsibility and under penalty of perjury, hereby offer to sell refined and Sunflower oil, Palm oil and corn oils commodity for human consumption through mandated seller. The terms and conditions stated below will be reviewed by both parties to share the aforementioned responsibility in mutual respect.

Packing: Drums or Flexi packs, at per customer request

Quantity: Minimum 5/10 MT;

Delivery:20 TO 25 days

Port: CIF Karachi Pakistan port?

Payment terms: 100% Confirmed documentary (T/T) or bank to bank.

Price:300$ usd

Inspection: The quality of goods will be confirmed on a certificate issued by the independent international survey company “SGS”, CIQ or CCIC at seller’s expense.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: 2%

PROCIDURES:

   1. Seller mandate issues the corporate SOFT CORPORATE OFFER (SCO);
   2. Buyers will send BOI or ICPO;
   3. Seller issues FCO/DRAFT CONTRACT for purchase oil;
   4. Buyer signs and seals the FCO/DRAFT CONTRACT and sends it back with a confirmed Bank Comfort BANK TO BANK (T/T).
   5. Seller issues FINAL CONTRACT in favour of the buyers;
   6. Buyer signs and seal and back the FINAL CONTRACT to the seller;
   7. Seller signs and seals the FINAL CONTRACT and sends the hard copy to the buyers;
   8. Seller issues PROFORMA INVOICE (PI) to the buyers and buyer’s bank will send Irrevocable, Transferable, Confirmed to the seller bank.
