special press machine can meet various requirements of refrigerated & insulated bodies. The dimension of panel can be chosen at the follow range: length 0-14750mm

                                                   Thickness 27-135mm
insulated body is formed by applying polyurethane adhesive to the joint area of the all-closed sandwich panels, which ensures the joint reliability and optimum insulation.

Product Validation
All closed panels with Freon-free polyurethane foam jointed by adhesive is much different from traditional sandwich panels with connect by metals. This new design is overpass the performance of the other manufacturers? product. It has been achieved DIN standard and ATP certificate. The quality assurance and the using right of trade mark issued by Germany was approved in 1991.
