APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Cutting Die-cut, Hand-cut, Slit Sewing More than 2mm from the edge of the reflective fabric is required No more than 12 stitches per inch (2.54 cm) Sewing Thread 100% Polyester is recommended.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE FINISHED PRODUCT

Home Wash -  Washing Washer : Standard household washing machine temperature : 90°C detergent : standard household detergent Setting : colored clothing without pre-wash Maximum washing time on highest temperature not to exceed 12 minutes. Maximum total washing time not to exceed 50 minutes. Test fabric for dye migration. -  Bleaching not recommended -  Drying Tumble dry low -  Dry cleaning normal cycle -  Ironing Do not use steam, use a cool or warm temperature setting, avoid direct contact of the tape when ironing, use a press cloth. Industrial Wash Use low-to medium-alkaline, high-surfactant detergents. DO NOT use detergents that contain free sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide. DO NOT use solvenated surfactants. DO NOT use chlorine or perborate bleach. Maximum wash temperature : 75°C Tunnel dry : Tunnel input temperature must not exceed 100°C Tumble dry : Maximum exhaust stack temperature 90°C
