Pressure Jets car pressure washer / vehicle cleaning high pressure cleaner is designed and manufactured with advanced engineering techniques with standard metallurgy. These car pressure washer pumps enjoy a fine reputation for quality and reliability.

There are different car washing equipments ranging from 1 hp to 40 hp and pressure ranging from 20 to 200 bar.

Featuers of AR series car washer pumps

1) Pump Body :-Airoplane grade aluminum pressure die-cast, large cooling fins and anodized for maximum heat dissipation.

2) Pump Head :- Forged Brass for strength and no porosity equal long life. Higher hydrostatic pressures, safety and performance.

3) Crank Shaft :- Made from alloy steel, forged (not from bar), hardened and ground. 3 times more strength and more life. than conventional bar stock crank shaft.

4) Connecting Rod :- One-piece special alloy aluminum based, oversized for maximum strength, load disbursement, and life. Heavy pin area construction, for added load strength.

5) Packing (Plunger Seal) :- Pressure Jet, an associate of world leader of electric pressure washer manufacturer, uses Parker (a German world leader in rubber product) make durable fiber impregnated Buna - N seal. Thanks to large scale manufacturering set up, it is viable to purchase large quantity from German world leader.

6) Ceramic Plunger and its Surface Finish :- Ceramic plungers are ceramic sleeves made of high grade technical ceramic. highly wear resistance and can achieve very high surface finish (< 0.25 Ra), resulting in very long life of plunger as well as seal (packing).

7) Guiding Piston :- Alloy steel construction for strength

8) Bearing :- Oversized Roller bearing enables it to handle 26% more load than other pumps.

9) Complete Valve :- Ultra form Cages for durability, strength and long life. Puppets, Seat and Spring: 303 and 400 series stainless steel coating. High volumetric efficiency valves operate at 95% efficiency plus.
