1.      Crusher: Hammer Mill is suitable for milling raw material like tree branch, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw etc) with size less than 50mm(diameter). After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm, which is suitable for further briquetting. Crusher is suitable for crushing raw wood with size less than 200mm (diameter). After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm, which is suitable for further briquetting. The two kind's crushers are fitted to the downstream equipments.


2. Dryer: For raw materials with heavy moisture content that above 12%, you need to install a drier, this drier reduces the moisture content below 12% before feeding them into Biomass / Charcoal Briquetting Screw Press. Material for hot air stove: Wood waste, wood briquette, coal, etc.


3. Biomass / Charcoal Briquette Screw Press: This Biomass / Charcoal Briquette Screw Press equipped with automatic temperature control are designed to produce high density charcoal. The extruded wood briquette (before carbonization) can be used as fuel for wood boilers, stoves or for room heating, but this uncarbonized briquettes has some smoke while burning.

 

 

4. Charcoal Bar Furnace: It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal, reduces the production cycling time.
