Operation Procedure
1. The client send shipping instruction to us(Shipper details, information of M B/L. Special requires etc. ) as a form or E-mail
2. The client advise shipper to contact us(Our Company name, E-mail, Tel Nr, etc. )
3. We check shipping details (Goods information, Cargo ready date, POL, POD, ETD etc) with shipper, and send you a Booking CFM.
4)If the Client have different arrangement from Booking CFM, pls reply within 24 hours. Otherwise, We may not able to change because of time reasons.
5. We book space, arrange loading or consolidating.
6. During or after loading container, Our doc dept check & confirm B/L with shipper, the complete B/L information must be provide on time.
7. Inform Carrier Issue MB/L or surrender M B/L at POD.

Payment Arrangement
1. Master Bill of Lading
We issue freight debit note after shipment loading
The Client pay freight per as Debit note
After clean all the payments, we send B/L to shipper or surrender cargo at Port Of Discharge to the client. Pls note remittance fee should be paid by the client
2. House Bill of Lading
We will send B/L to shipper or surrender cargo at Port Of Discharge after clean payments.
The client may pay ocean freight to our agent at destination when B/L marks as freight collected.
After cargo arrival, handling charges will be required by our agent.
3. Air Cargo
Payment should be paid when we show you AWB.
