3) Charge for services

        3% commission based on the value of container +  $700 (40FT & 40HQ) or $550(20FT)
 
4)Payment terms
   T/T is preferred, L/C at sight, PayPal, western Union
   30% deposit,  balance against copy of B/L
  
 
5)How to control quality
   *Colletion-- there is a team of workers take charge to the collection , checking Shipping mark, quantity and apponit positon in the warehouse
   *Inspection--Open cartons to check the quality according to customers' request. Send the report to sales men for customers' analysis
   *Loading container--We have own warehouse and own professional workers to load container.  One people from Collection Team to count the quantity , one people from the QC team to control the way how to load. It can help to avoid breakage when loading.
