We make clear the difference between electrode boiler, ionic boiler and electric boiler.

1) You should understand general electric boiler’s principle.

 In case of general electric boiler, it uses heater bar.

 The heater bar’s raw material is Nickel and Chrome.

 The heater bar heat indirectly water from electric power.

2) In case of electrode boiler and ionic boiler,

 It uses electrode bar. The electrode bar heat directly water from electric power.

 That means electric current pass directly to water.

 So water is heated with physical reaction.

3)  both Electric boiler and electrode/ionic boiler use electric power. But in case of electric boiler, it gets in directly from electric power. So it uses fixed electric power.

 In case of electrode/ionic boiler, you can find technical difference in order that it heats water with lower electric power.

4) If so, electric boiler and electrode/ionic boiler, heater bar and electrode bar’s the energy source is electricity.

 As you know, Calorie is 1Kwh = 860 Kcal in electric engineering. It is unchangeable.

 These day, you can heard 1Kwh=1200Kcal or above it. That is wrong.

That is electric power(wattage).

Heater bar in electric boiler uses electric power (wattage) per fixed Kw.

But electrode bar in electrode/ionic boiler can control to use much electric power (wattage).

That is key point of difference between electrode/ionic boiler and electric boiler.

For example, you can compare with electric boiler 33Kw and electrode boiler 33Kw, ionic boiler 33Kw under the same condition. If you operate all boilers for 14 hours per one day to set up room temperature 24℃, you can check the consumed electric power (wattage) of each boiler.

6) If so, we think you can compare price of electric boiler and price of electrode boiler/ionic boiler.

In the future, heater bar and electrode bar will be developed more and more.

If boilers apply high price to customers, the technical development of heater bar and electrode bar has limits.
