1.The product is made of multilayer polymer fiber saturated by Polyurethane and polyester.Polyurethane has good biological compatibility and is proved by test to be no toxic and no allergic.

1.EASY-OPERATED DEVICE

The whole operation is finished within 3~5 minutes without any heating equipments but by only using the normal-temperatured water,which not only eases the labour for doctors,but also saves the time of operation.

2.X-RAY PERMISSIBILITY

The doctors can examine the broken parts clearly without removing the casting and splint,which ensure the accuracy and integrity of the operation.

3.EXCELLENT AIR-PERMEABILITY

The holes on the products make good air-pereability and prevent skin from infection,itch and smell.

4.HIGH STRENGTH

The strength are five times that of the plaster products,which can make the injured part protection more effectively.

5.LIGHTWEIGHT

Heshun Cast and Heshun Splint are only 1/5 heavier and 1/3 thicker than plaster products,which makes the pacients feel more comfortable.

7.ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Heshun Cast and Heshun Splint are made from polyester or glass fiber.After operation,they can be burnt without pollution.

How to use:

1.Choose proper specification according to need.

2.Place cotton stuff on the needed part as mat.

3.Wear latex gloves.

4.Open the package and take it out.Saturate it in water for 3-4 seconds and press it 2-3 times.Press out the water.

5.Make a spiral wrapping up with 3-4 layers on non-supporting part and 4-5 layers on supporting part.

6.Take 3-5 minutes to finalize the shape.It can be used for supporting purpose after 20 minutes.

7.It can be removed with a electric plaster sawer.

Use to Notes

1.Operator must wear latex glove at hand in case of kissing your hands.

2.Use it immediately once open it.

3.Removed it with a electric plaster sawer.

4.When transporting or storage,make sure that air is not allowed to leak into the package,in case of hardening.
