Olivine sand for refractory, metallurgical and foundry

Olivine sand is preferable refractory raw material used in Metallurgy and steel industry. For the moment, Foundry olivine and coating olivine powder are the main application. Moreover, Sulphur and Phosphorus removal functional furnace refractory materials applied in machinery casting field uses olivine sand too.

1.Foundry Industry: Foundry MgO olivine Sand（20/40mesh, 40/75mesh, 40/100 mesh, 75/300 mesh）have been used in Casting of Steel parts, especially in high manganese steel Piece and precious alloy Cast Notch. MgO olivine sand has a higher thermal conductivity, thermal capacity, refractoriness and more stable thermal expansion, as well as preferable anti-erosive quality to metal oxides.
2.Conduction Sand and filling Materials for EET steel unload mouth
3.Refractory material: The raw Material of MgO Olivine sand does not need to be calcined in making brick refractory. It can reduce the cost and increase productivity. Other technology procedures are the same with aluminate-silicate refractory .The finishing temperature is about 1300C
4.Sandblasting: Applied in cleaning the dirty and rust on the surface of container and ship.
5. Foundry Sand: 20 40mesh, 40 75mesh, 40 100mesh, 75 300mesh etc
Refractory: 0 1mm 1 3mm 2 5mm 3 6mm etc
Sand Blasting: 0.18 1.00MM, 0.125 0.50MM etc
Mg0 44 49% Si02 39 42% Al2O3 0.2 0.4% Cr203 0.2 0.6% Ca0 0.3 0.8%
