Permanent magnet roller 2012 magnetic separator factor 

Structure:

1. CTB series magnetic separator consists of magnetic drum, tank body, support, feed box, discharge box (ore concentrate box), drive motor, motor reducer, control box, etc.
2. The magnetic drum is made of stainless steel (thickness: 3mm) and covered with wear resistant rubber.

Working principle:

         When the raw materials flow into the tank body of the magnetic separator

1. firstly, the flowing direction of the raw materials is the same as the rotary direction of the magnetic drum, the iron magnetite materials are attracted to the surface of drum. This is the first separation.
2. In the second step, the flushing water below flush the raw materials back is the second separation. This time the flowing direction of the raw materials is opposite to the rotary direction of the magnetic drum. Then along with the rotation of drum, the iron magnetite materials on the surface of drum will finally leave the magnetic field and fall in  the ore concentrate box under the effect of gravity.
3. the flushing water above helps to flush the iron magnetite into the ore concentrate box. The weak magnetic and non-magnetic materials can not be attracted and will flow to the discharge pipe as tailings.   

Application:

1. Rough separation of Poor iron ore after coarse crushing or secondary crushing, get rid of stone waste such as Surrounding rock, enhance iron grade, Reduce the load of next procedure.
2. Used in Hematite reduction closed-circuit roasting assignments for sorting not fully reduction of rawore, Returns to burn again.
3. Used in ceramic industry, remove the mixed iron in the China clay, Improve the quality of ceramic products.
4. used in Burning coal mine, casting sand, refractory materials and other needs to remove iron homework. 

Common faults and solutions:

  1.    Motor overheating and its sound is not normal

         1> Bearing bad lubrication or Badly worn

         2> Fan leaves fall off or wear down

         3> Switch line contact undesirable or Break line run single-phase

         4> voltage below level

  2.   magnetic separator sound interval is bnormal when running, Cylinder get stuck by the barrier, Even 

        make cylinder unworkable, bottom chamber vibrate.               

        1> the tube is stuck by bottom chamber objects

         2> magnet fall off, Make the cylinder body creaky

  3.   Reducer overheating

        1> The oil is not enough or poor quality

        2> gear and worm wear down

        3> Bearing bad lubrication or Badly worn  

  4.   Magnetic field intensity become weak

        1> temperature ia too high

        2> be under the blazing sun for quite a long time

        3> Acid and alkali corrosion
