Opinox Engineering Department is composed of the engineers who are very experienced and full of developing spirit. They are engaged in designing theplastic mouldand new products. In order to meet customers’ satisfaction, the corporation always pays attention to the trend of the hardware and the software.
JSL adopted international advanced system - CAD/CAM/CAE in mould design and injection molding.

CNC DepartmentWe have 7 CNC machines which help us machining the precise mold faster. The maximum size of mold can be up to 1000x800mm. and with years of experienced programmer can ensure the high quality and efficiency.

EDM Departmentwe have more than 10 EDM machines which not only may process the ordinary machining within tolerance of 0.02mm but also the mirror polishing as to for special work piece which requires high precision reach 0.003mm.

EDW DepartmentWe have more than 10sets of EDM machines. the precision can reach 0.01mm.

Abrasion DepartmentWe have 4 imported precise grinding machines which are controlled by professional technicians. The processing precision can reach 0.002mm.

Polishing DepartmentWe have advanced ultra-sound we have advanced ultra-sound polishing equipment and more than 20 professional polishing technicians to follow the appropriate operation based on different product materials so as to meet the customer’s corresponding requirements on the product surface.

InspectionDepartmentWe have several imported measuring instruments such as binary optics projector, Coordinate Measuring Machine etc. and a team of professional engineers who follow the principle of “people-oriented, customer foremost, continual improvement” control the product quality and implement the ISO9001 processing standard seriously.
We can use CAD files from Pro/E 200i2, AutoCAD or in IGES (.igs) format. 2D drawings or Industrial Designs will also be accepted for mold made,. Our engineering staffs will assist with your product requirements.
Molds will be made complied with your specifications and/or industry standards. Efficient work shorten our production time, but large mass production usually range from 30 to 60 working days. On mold completion we can provide trial shots, first article inspections, and CPK analysis to the customer’s specification. All quality checks follow ISO 9001 procedures.
