Spiral grid belts are specially designed for multi-tier spiral conveyors used in the food industry, but are also ideal for many other applications requiring right and left turn capabilities.
Spira gird belts are used for proofing, cooling and freezing dough products, and for freezing everything from pizza to fish sticks. Soft dough products generally require the support of a mesh overlay, while other products may be suited to rods-only belt or flat wire belting. The belt can also be provided with reinforcing links, extra plate links for product conduction, or with flights
The spiral grid belt has many different versions to optimise your choice and is available in:
- pitches: 19,05 mm (3/4"),25.4mm, 27.25mm, 27,4 mm (1")and 30.5mm(1.2", 31.75mm
- with or without spirals
-different ratios between the belt width and the rotating radius:
- rotating radius = 1,7 x belt width, rotating radius = 2,2 x belt width or rotating radius=1.1 x belt width.
