Trade PRO service has proven to be the most fitting to our small-staffed business

The company's name Quoss stands for a compound of “ubiquitous” and “essence,” meaning we strive to be an essential partner in all parts of society as a developer, manufacturer, and seller of bidets.
To this end, we have always based our business on trust and communication. Pride in contributing to public health and hygiene is the drive of our production of bidets.

We have a great deal of business partners at home and abroad, exporting our products to eight developed economies including Japan, the birthplace of bidets, as well as the USA, Australia, and France.
In addition, we have been certified by UL (USA), CE (EU), FCC, and other reliable international standards, which is an obvious proof of the global recognition of the great quality and technology of our products.

In line with these efforts to raise our competitiveness, we searched different channels for overseas marketing. This is how we've found EC21. A newsletter issued by EC21 helped us see what sort of marketing we needed and how it could be arranged.

In particular, the “Trade PRO” service, which was introduced to us through an educational session on services delivered by EC21, has proven to be the most fitting to our small-staffed business. It is because the service not only found us overseas buyers but aided us in dealing with trade affairs too.

As a result, we have received countless inquiries from all over the world, and our search of buyers has become clearly focused on a number of countries where we were to establish our operations, instead of just awaiting call from unspecific customers.
