TEST PROCEDURE
1. Sample extraction
Use conventional RNA Extraction kit
2. Amplification
1) Take out the Reagents, thaw them at room temperature
2) Prepare 20㎕RT-PCR reaction mixture as follows
3) After closing caps, mix thoroughly by tapping the tubes 2~3 times, and then spin down.
3. Data Analysis
