Light Steel Structured Housing building system that is formed after integrated production in factories and on-spot assembly. Lasting quality: Service life of more than 50 years.
Snow resistance: Basic snow pressure of 1.55kN/㎡.
Refractory property: Different designs up to 1-4 hours.
Seismic performance: 9 degree fortification (basic seismic acceleration 0.4g).
Wind resistance: Basic wind pressure of 0.85kN/m2, speed of 209km/hr.
Sound insulation value: The sound insulation of the external wall (200mm thickness) is 65dB, the Inner wall (double-sided double layer 9.5mm plasterboard, 181mm wall) sound insulation is 44dB.
Ventilation performance: Combination of natural ventilation and air supply to ensure the indoor air fresh and clean, the fresh air volume is greater than 15%;
External wall impact resistance: The concentrated impact load of 250kg.
Thermal insulation property: Thermal resistance value of 200mm thick wall is 4.24Km2 / W, its thermal insulation property is twice as high as that of 490mm thick porous block brick.
