Many types of single and three phase meters are certified by Netherland KEMA, Germany PTB, South African STS, USA ANSI, USA UL, DLMS and the factory was certified by Germany MID Certification body MIKES. With the help of these certificates and strong R&D ability, Hexcell designs and manufactures a series of smart meters to European market including Germany, Finland and Austria, etc.
