TZ-BM500S high speed bunching machine
1.Usage:
1-1 Suitable for over 7 strands conductors bunching.
2.Main technique parameters:
2-1 Twisting wire size: 0.035~2.5 mm2.
2-2 Pitch range: 4.22-39.64mm(standard 30 phases).
2-3 twisting direction: available for left(S) or right(Z).
2-4 take up bobbin size: φ500mm*375mm*φ56mm
2-5 take up capacity: 250kg.

4-2 pay off tension : equipped belt and spring device to keep the tension steady.
5.Features:
5-1 Machine welding by special steels,with stress relieving annealing treatment ,protect the machine from deformation,
5-2 The main bearing concentricity same with the axis,protect both from high speed operation
5-3 Balance tested before send out,low noise and steady on operation
5-4 Using new type of grams of nanometer molybdenum disulfide grease,to protect long time service,not easy to damage the machine part.
5-5 With wire broken protection system and the laying pitch is setting from touch screen.
6.Remarks 1. No.of Pay-offs strands are equipped accordingly to the quantity of the wires (strands) required, with extra cost charge.
2. PLC(Siemens) with HMI interface(Siemens/Weinview) is option for this machine,can be directly display the rotation,length,direction,analog tension etc.
3. Laying pitch change by the pitch gears as default design,digital laying pitch change is available upon request with cost charge.
