I.Introduction
Superfine ball mill is manufactured based on Raymond mill, mainly applied for minerals in metallurgical, constructional, chemical and mining industries. It crushes various non-flammable and explosive minerals of no more than 7 of Mohs’ hardness scale and under 6% of moisture like quartz, feldspar, china clay, pottery clay, bentonite, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, clay, white clay, gypsum, etc. The granularity of finished products is about 325-1800 Mesh (adjusted according to different requirements).
II.Working Principle
Large materials are crushed into required sizes by jaw crusher and are sent to the storage hopper by the elevator and to the grinding chamber evenly by the vibrating feeder. The powder is lifted with the air flow of the fan and classified by the analytical engine. Those qualified powder will enter into the bypass powder collector through the pipeline. After separation and collection, they are discharged from the discharging valve which are finished products; the air flow intakes the centrifugal induced draft fan through the air return pipe above the bypass powder collector. The whole air flow system is closed negative pressure cycle which guarantees the hygiene and environmental protection on the production field.
III. Structure
Ultrafine grinding mill is mainly made up of the main motor, speed reducer, analytical engine, maintenance platform, fan, bypass powder collector and electric control cabinet; the auxiliary engine is composed of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and storage bin.
