Description

Wave solder pallet material is designed and typically recommended for use in manufacturing solders pallets for wave-solder applications of printed circuit boards (PCB's). These materials can also be used for carriers in solder paste printing, SMT placement, IR-reflow, and conformal coating operations.

It can keep its mechanical strength, smoothness and original color when continuously used under the temperature of 280 degree (maximal working temperature below 350 degree 10~20s)

In addition, it has the advantage of easily machining, high intensity and can be easily machining into special mechanical parts.

Its flexure modulus is 20,000psi. The fixture made of CET brand synthesized stone is applicable for at least 20,000times. Compared with same kind of materials from home and abroad, our product precedes by its better quality and reasonable price.
