MP-10KV Bus Bar Heat Shrinkable Sleeve

MP-10KV bus bar heat shrink sleeve, known as copper bar protection tube, is made of cross-linked environmental protection PE heat shrinkable materials which is bombarded by high power electron beam.

The product with good resistance to bending and scratching, high insulation strength and resistance to electric carbon mark,applies to switchgear, substation bus, busbar, electrical equipment for anti-corrosion and insulation protection. It’s widely used in electric power industry.

Feature & benefit

1, resistance to flame and corrosion.

2, with superior insulated and chemical properties.

3, Shrink ratio: 2:1 10kV busbar

4, environmental friendly, high strength, good elasticity, flame-resistant, soft.

5.Insulating property：It can effectively prevent leakage and discharge.

6.Weather resistance and chemical resistance: Resistant to chemical corrosion such as acids, alkalis, salts, and oils. Resistant to ultraviolet rays and ozone. Suitable for long-term use both indoors and outdoors.

7.Mechanical property:It has excellent tensile strength and tear resistance, and is unlikely to fall off due to vibration or impact.

8.Flame retardancy: It mostly meets UL94 V-0 or equivalent flame retardant standards. It will extinguish itself when exposed to fire and does not drip-feed.

9.Standard colors: The most common ones are red, yellow and green, which are used to distinguish different colors. Other colors can also be customized.
