Usually, we recommend our customer two size: 217cm*130cm(85.4in*51.2in and 200cm*140cm(78.7in*55.11in), it doesn't mean we only have the two kinds. For whom want to take a play mat for out door activities, we also recommend our smaller size to them. The package size is 122cm*22cm*22cm, if you want to take out, it is very convenient.

1.Why your play mat is more expensive than other play mat?

Our product use the PU foam and CMYK printing, the raw material is better and you can provide your own design, the technology and the cost are higher than other kind of play mat.

2.what should we do if we want our own design?

You need to provide us your AI design file, now, we can use the UV printing machine in the production.

3.How about the sample charge?

There are two choices for you: If you want the whole sample of the play mat, you need to pay the sample fee and the express fee to your city.If you can accept the small sample(the size usually is about 30cm*30cm),you just need to pay the express fee, the sample is free.

4. Will you send me sample before mass production to check if the printing is good?

Yes, for every customer who required the customization, we will send them the sample to check after they pay the mould fee.

5. What is your payment terms?

All T/T, 30% down payment, and 70% balance payment before delivery Or 100% L/C at sight. If you want to pay by other way, we can discuss.

6. What is your delivery terms?

EX Works, FOB, CIF, CFR and others are available.
