Bag Opening machinery, sometimes called manual bag-unpackaged machine or bag emptying. It has dust filter system with compact structure. The material recovered by dust removing system drop down to the hopper under gravity.

Small Bag Opening machinery
Small bag Opening machinery utilize in bag-opening discharge operation 25kg or 50kg bags. It is used for unloading operation of dry granular materials such as additive, lime powder and PVC powder in food, plastics and other industries.

1.Belt conveyor: Bags of powder material transferred by conveyor belt to a 45-degree skateboard and slide down along the skateboard by gravity.
Can increase unpacking counter in this section to achieve unpacking counting.
2. Cut device: Blade cut bag during sliding. The broken bags, trash and caked materials are taken out of the body by drum screen.
3. Drum screen: Residual broken bags and materials enter into the drum screen for sieving.
