Regarding artificial grass, it was started in 2013 in Wuxi, China, now we have 8 sets yarn extrusion machine, 5 sets tufting machine and 1 set coating machine, which ensure us 5 millon m2 annual production capacity. We can produce both Latex and PU backing, and roll width can be 3.66m, 3.75m, 4m and max 5m.

We have a whole team for production, research&development, equipment, Q&C, Q&A. So it helps every process run and control well. We make our yarn in house and also provide Tencate yarn like MS PRO, MSTT, MSD2 as well. During extrusion process, we put enough UV additives to make sure perfect yarn UV protection. And we can also achieve other features like fire resistance, anti-static, cooler yarn, multi-colors by unique technology.

Our grass pile height is 7mm-60mm,gauge is 3/8", 5/8" and 3/16", stitch rate from 11 to 25 stitch per 1m, fiber Dtex from 6,000 to 19,000, primary backing we have double PP, PP+net, PP+non-woven, backing we have black latex, green latex and black PU avaliable. With a variety color to choose like classic field&olive green, field&lime green and other customized colors. And we provide all yarn shape like C shape, Stem shape, W shape, Wave shape, V shape. Grass applications have landscape, football, rugby, hockey, tennis, baseball and golf putting green.
