P200 Auto Glass Polyurethane Windshield Adhesive Sealant

P200 Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant is designed for direct glazing for automotive, high performance, one component which cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a durable elastomer. Easy gunning, sufficient work time, excellent sag resistance, high bonding strength, high shear strength, resistant to aging and weathering.

Where to use
P200 Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant is designed for direct glazing applications in vehicle windshields, side and rear windows. It also can be used for ships, containers, refrigerator, railway carriage etc.

Method of Application
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all traces of grease, oil, wax and dust. Alcohol based and oil based cleaner is forbidden. After the cleaner dry, then apply primer and allow to dry for 10~20 minutes. P200 Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant can be applied with a suitable manual or pneumatic gun. Cut off the tip of the nozzle to give desired shape and size. A triangular bead is recommended. Install windshield on right place before skin dry. Tests with actual substrates and conditions have to be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.

Storage & Shelf life
Store in a cool and dry place (15~25°C recommended). Avoid high temperature, moisture and void damage to the package prior to use. Stored at recommended conditions in original, unopened cartridge or sausage, the shelf life is 9 months.
