Operating Principle
(1)Batch Roller

Start the batch roller,open the cover,and turn the four tapered roller opening handle.Keep enough distance of the four rollers and then pour the syrup(cooled to around 65℃)into it,after that, lose the handle of the four tapered rollers,the syrup will roll with the tapered roller.Adjust the wheel to realize the sugar diameter and screw handle to realize delivery speed.If the big end of the batch roller is high, the delivery speed is fast;otherwise,slow.
Start the motor of the rope sizer,adjust pulling plate 2 and the change of 1 to know the size of the pulling table.Lead the syrup to pulling table2,and adjust the distance between the pulling table to keep the sugar diameter. When the diameter of the sugar is almost same, pull it into the forming machine.Adjust the rotary speed of the roper sizer to realize the coordination of the forming machine.

3.Lubrication requirements
Edible oil is used for lubricating the machine,and it is better during production.Drop edible oil on oil hole and other hinges directly,and each round you need to lubricate 3 to five times.The worm gear box should be filled with 30#engine oil while the transmission gears and rollings should be filled with No.3 grease regularly.
3.Adjustment and usage:
1.Check and adjust before production.
Check and adjust to ensure good connection between the pulling plate and copper plate.
Check electrical wiring to ensure safe production
2.Operating methods
Turn switch on ,and start the batch roller and roper sizer.Fill in lubrication oil in oil hole and and other necessary parts to make sure these parts can be fully lubricated.
Pour boiled sugar into the batch roller when it is cooled to 65℃~75℃.When finished ,sugar will be cylinder shape.
Pull the sugar stick to the rope sizer gradually and lead to the forming machine finally.
3.Adjust during production
The batch roller is mainly used for adjusting delivery speed and diameter of the sugar.And delivery speed is mainly controlled by the screw handle under the big end of the batch roller.If the the end is adjusted higher,the speed is higher;otherwise,slower.The diameter of the sugar is adjusted by the adjustment wheel near the entrance.However, the adjustment of the delivery speed and the diameter of the sugar is related,so try to coordinate when adjust.
The rope sizer is mainly used to adjust the pulling plate to deliver the sugar stick.If the distance between the pulling plate is large,more sugar pulled;otherwise,less.But the adjustment of the pulling plate should meet the required sugar diameter of the forming machine.Its pulling speed is mainly realized by adjusting the rotating speed of the speed motor.
The adjustment of single machine.Mainly to help coordinate the batch roller,rope sizer and forming machine.All we need to do is adjust the lifting of the batch roller and the rotary speed when single machine is in a normal state.
