Description
CYD-PR121/CYD-PR256/CYD-PR526 series additives are –OH end groups dendritic polymers produced by Weihai CY Dendrimer Technology Co.,Ltd. Good at processability improvement and widely applied in pipe, film, sheets, wire and cable, automotive industry, machine parts, electrical elements, shells etc.
Applications
HDPE, LDPE, MDPE, LLDPE, UHMWPE, PP, PVC, BOPP, CPP, ABS, PC, PS, PE-RT, PA, cross-linking PE etc. Initial thermal decomposition temperature (temp) is 260 ℃. Processing temp depends on formulations.
Performance

Solve problems of sharkskin, fish scale (Melt fracture), improve plasticizing, decrease gel formation, perfect lustrous and smoothness.
Apparently lower down processing temp of twin screw extruder and injection molding machine, decrease energy consumption.
Improve dispersion of glass fiber, carbon fiber and inorganic fillers.
Increase molding rate, improve thickness uniformity, dimensional stability.
Eliminate die buildup, raise production efficiency, lower rejection rate, and reduce cost of recycled material.
Decrease melt pressure, extend machine service life.
Greatly lower extrusion pressure of molding products, increase extrusion rate and raise output.
Reduce overall cost, perfect quality, improve or not affect comprehensive performance (tensile strength, bending strength, flexural modulus, impact strength)

Advice of dosage
0.01-2%

Usage Suggestion
CYD-PR121/CYD-PR256/CYD-PR526 can be directly added into polymers, or made in masterbatch type to have better dispersion under lower dosage.
Notice

It’s better to have a higher dosage for first time trial, best dosage could be tested and found after surface defect was solved. Other lubricants such as polyethylene wax should be considered to remove.
CYD-PR121, PR256, PR526 are easy to become blocks type, no effect on quality, could be used after crush.
Molecular weight: CYD-PR121>PR256>PR526, polarity is bigger than CYD-2100 series.
