What is Cassava Starch?

Main equipments used in cassava starch processing line:
Cassava crushing and milling machine: Here we use two two steps ( firstly use the left knife-type crusher to piece cassava into small particles; then put small particles to the right machine hammer miller to make it finer) to broken cells of cassava and release starch as much as possible.
Centrifuge sieve: Mainly used to remove fibre and other impurities from cassava pulp. Advanced surface treatment technology ensuring good looking and resistance of oil and dirt.
Hydrocyclone: Widely used for starch extraction, with multifunction of concentration, collection, purification & separation of residue.
Vacuum Dehydrator: widely used for separation of suspension in starch processing, after dehydration starch content water around 38%.
Air-stream crash dryer: This is the last step for cassava starch making. It adopts low temperature drying syetem, which will prevent starch gelatinization.
