Product description

Pulse Testing stand for Hydraulic Hose Assembly is mainly used for pulse fatigue testing of high pressure products such as steel wire woven tube, steel wire wound tube, steel tube, oil cylinder, valve, joint, sensor, and meters.

Product features

1．Main components are imported, safe and reliable;
2．It is reasonable in inner structure and beautiful in layout, it adopts weldless piping connections that can prevent leaking, what is more, and it is easily in maintenance;
3．It can install 2 to 8 samples at the same time, and the installation space can be adjusted according to the minimum bend radius of the hose;
4．It has an automatic shutdown protection function when the sample is broken, which is suitable for the keeping watch without guarder;
5．It has different work fixtures which can be used in the connection of hoses and hose assemblies respectively;
6. It will alarm when the temperature and pressure are exceeding the regulation value, and it will not work when the door is open and will stop automatically when a fault is met.
