Description by Manufacturer

The welding machine automatically moves intermittently through rotating disc multi-equal parts, and sets reasonable cycle time for each equal part (i.e., the cycle time from the first time the turntable motor drives the turntable to the next time).

Each cycle time the turntable can automatically rotate by one station, thus realizing high-efficiency automatic welding of products.

The design is based on six equal parts and 12 stations.

Features

1) The brazing machine is structured as a "six-equal turntable", and the flow and pressure of gas and oxygen are controlled in the gas path system, which can ensure the constant gas output from the welding torch nozzle, thus ensuring the stability of product quality. The equipment is of multi-station structure, which is mainly composed of machine body, fixture, preheating system, welding system, cooling device, automatic nitrogen charging system, gas pressure regulating control box, electric control system and protective device. Air cooling and water cooling systems can be installed according to customers' requirement.

2) The wire feeding device adopts disk-shaped solder wires for brazing and filling, and the solder feeding process is stable. The feeding speed and time of solder can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the wire feeding length can be adjusted. The wire feeder is servo motor and reducer. There are also two hand wheels on the wire feeding frame, which can adjust the height and direction according to the requirements, and can be easily adjusted when replacing products.

12) The workbench is equipped with a "workpiece presence" detection device. When there is no workpiece on the welding fixture, the processing actuators (such as heating, wire feeding, welding, etc.) do not act to avoid empty burning and empty welding.
