Moresu MS275Z

MS275Z is a bright nylon 6 raw chip with relative viscosity of 2.75.

The balanced properties of our MS275Z during injection or extrusion process make it a prefect selection for most of the general products. It is especially suitable to be directly used in injection moulding process and is also prefect to use as property modification base material.

General InformationProperties: Translucent or opaque natural milky white crystalline polymer

Properties: thermoplastic, lightweight, tough, chemical resistance and durability

Burning identification method: yellow flame on blue background,

Density: 1.14-1.15(g/cm³)

Balanced water absorption: 3.5%

Has good wear resistance, self-lubrication and solvent resistance.

Tensile strength: > 60.0Mpa

Elongation: > 30%

Bending strength: 90.0Mpa

Notched impact strength: > 5(KJ/m2)

The product is normally supplied in dry state, generally cylindrical granules and packed in moisture-proof bags. The standard packing is 25kg per PE bags.

We also supply PA6 raw chip with different relative viscosity for different product applications.
