MAX Industry Microwave Food Systems:

1.    If instant noodle is applied for microwave dryer, it has an outstanding appearance and tastes very smooth, the nutrition left 60%~90 higher than the traditional oil fried

2.    It is self-evident that industrial microwave dryer itself does not spread the heat, it use the radio frequency to vibrate molecule of the material itself in order to obtain the heat. Therefore, it has a better heating result and a shorter heating time

3.    As we all know that traditional heating sterilization is under the high temperature and long time. But industrial microwave sterilization could disinfect in 3~5 minutes under the 80℃.Cooler temperature and short time preserve food nutrition, internal structure, minimize discoloration and improve food original flavor.

4.    For the snack food, microwave also could achieve a better puffing effect.

5.    For the fruit and vegetable, industrial food microwave maximum keeps its' original color and vitamin. For example, traditional dryer only keeps 46%~50% of vitamin C, but microwave dryer could reach 60%~90%. Vitamin A is only kept 58% through traditional dryer, however, the microwave process could keep up to 84%
