Description

Believe Industry Company can produce cold roll forming machine for w profile guardrail panel and thrie-beam highway guardrails according clients' requirement. This highway crash barrier production line is fully automatic, which combines punching system, roll forming system, cutting system and control system together.

Main components of the whole line are decoiler, feeding guide, levelling system, punching unit, roll forming unit, cutting device and control system and hydraulic system. As the guardrail panel thickness may be max. 3.5mm and needs punching holes and slots on, leveller and punching unit are essential.

Not like common sheet roll forming machine, of which roller material are No.45 steel (ASTM 1045) and with chain driving. For highway guardrial production line, we use GCR15 material as the roller material and gear box drive for perfect performance.

> Formed products with exact profile as required and high degree of cutting length accuracy

> Servo flying cutoff increases the speed of whole roll forming line

> GCR15 rollers, solid 40Cr shafts have great strength and are all chromed for anti rusting

> Low burr cutting and low noise by hydraulic mold cutting device

> Easy operation of the machine, operation language can be set as Chinese, English, Spanish, or any other languages used by clients

> Scarcely any part of the control system are easily damaged due to that we only cooperate with famous brand such as Siemens, Panasonic, Yaskawa and domestic famous brand such as HRB, Beijing Huade, etc
