Unit Sanding:
Insure that proper sanding is done throughout the entire case.
Insure all carvings are flutter sanded and hand sanded.
Insure all gauges, dents, scratches, cracks it are filled and sanded.
Cracks and splits 1/8" or larger need to be slivered.
No veneer used for patching on solid pieces.
Patch follows grain in existing item as much as possible and patch does not have definite shape. EX. Square, round, oval, ect.
All patches should be 1/4" in thickness for solid pieces.
Check for glue runs.

Polish Sanding
Check surfaces inside and out for consistent sanding.
Check carvings for proper final sanding.

Finishing:
Insure proper materials are being used according to the step panel.
Insure the inside finish is consistent and matches the outside.
Overall finish is even and consistent.
Tops, bottoms and back panels of items are to be finished.
All surfaces are smooth and free of overspray.
Check for the finnish cracking and peeling.
Check for runs and fingefrprints in the finish.
Insure drawer interiors are finished correctly.
Check to insure all hand paintings are correct and consistent.
Check final color against sample for variation.

Packing:
Before packing check to insure all hardware and hinges are installed correctly.
Check joints for cracking.
Allitems need to be blown off with air hose and inspected.
Check to insure all interiors are clean.
Check glass insert for proper fit.
Check mirror insert fo proper fit.
Check moisture content.
Insure all items are wrapped in 4mm plastic proir to shipment.

Stone Casting:
Check for any imperfection in the stone.
Inspect molds on a regular basis.
All cast should be free of flat seams.
Check for hair line cracks.
Check for adjustable glides on all dining tables. When applicable.
Check for level surfaces for all items that require lay on glass.
When applicable check items for square and level.
When stone and metal are casted together issure there are no gaps or holes when they are joined.
Insure items without adjustable glides sit level.
Check dimensions according to the detail.

Metal:
Insure all items are level.
Insure items that require lay on glass the surface is level.
Insure dimensions are correct according to the detail.
When possible adjustable glides need to be added to dining tables.
Check for grinding or welding mistakes.
Check for primeron all metal, or that is has been sealed to prevent rusting.

Veneer:
Check thickness of veneer, insure it meets F.C spec. Sheet.
Inspect for proper lamination.
Check veneer moisture. Moisture should not exceed 9%.
Check for proper grain direction on veneer.
Check for veneer checking and wind shake.

Leather & Weaving
Check leather for discolorations and imperfections.
Check joints for fit and tooling.
Check tooling to insure it is continuously colored.
check for wrinkles and insure it is stretched properly.
Check weaving for tight weaves.
Check for proper stretching.
Check interlocking weaving for gaps or noles.
Insure weaves are properly fasted to the carcass.
