Introduction
One Step cassette Style HP Test is a rapid, direct binding test for the detection of This kind kit can detect qualitatively HP antibody in human serum.The test is based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay.
Intended Use
Helicobacter Pylori (HP) grows in gastric mucus deep layer, surface of gastric mucosa, and mostly in gastric pit, epithelial deep fold and gland cavity. HP is the major cause of human chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric cancer.
This kind kit can detect qualitatively HP antibody in human serum.
Test Principle
HP kit is based on the principle of Gold Immunochromatography Assay (GIA), use recombinant antigen, based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay to detect qualitatively HP antibody in human serum.
Specimen Collection And Assay Procedure
Human serum. Fresh blood collected by conventional methods.
If the specimen cannot be tested on the day of collection, store the test specimen for three days in a refrigerator or freezer at 2~8°C. Do not freeze and thaw the specimen repeatedly.
Please read the instructions carefully before detection, do not open the Test Cassette foil pouch until you are ready to perform the test.
1. Open the aluminium foil bag, take out the cassette and put on the table.
2. Use the dropper, Put 1 drop serum(about 25μl) to each hole for specimens Entering, and then add 2 drops(about80μl-100ul)specimen buffer to the hole. Observe the result within 15-20 minutes. Read result after 20 minutes may give erroneous results.
Interpretation of Assay Result
Positive: Both the control line region and test line region appears with a red line.
Negative:Only one red line appear on the control line region. No red line on the test line region.
Invalid: No colored line appears on the control (C) line region is an indication of procedure error or that the test reagent has deteriorated. Please test again.
Precautions
1. The serum must be fresh for test, avoiding freezing repeatedly.
2. Read result after 15 minutes may give erroneous results.
3. Do not use after the expiration date.
4. If the patient, for the first time, is infected in less than 5 days, with no detected specific antibody, the result will be negative when testing.
5.The parent antibody can be detected from the specimens of a yearling baby, therefore, it is not appropriate to take this test to evaluate the baby’s history of infection and immunization .
Storage And Stability
1. The test kit is to be stored at room temperature 4~30°Cin the sealed pouch,Avoid sunlight,heat and freezing. Stored at a dry place. Its period of validity is 24 months.
2. This test kit can be transported in a short period at a normal temperature. Some preventive measures should be taken in summer or winter.
