1.Introduction
    HQSY type LPG Tank Automatic Drainage Devices are developed according to liquefied petroleum gas-water-cutter needs, it is a design and development of a new generation of self-developed products, a leading technology in China, compared with similar products, it has a reasonable structure, it is security reliable, free of the impact of the size of the tank pressure, no external power needed, mechanical automatic water cut, which for a long period, both on-site automatic cut water control, remote control can achieve a safe and reliable double insurance, in the cold season, the tank bottom water layer is easy to freeze conditions of the equipment can be outsourced to ensure the water gets cut-off normally.
    The company produced LPG Tank Automatic Drainage Device (Patent No.: 200520096029.0), with its original seal of the second dewatering, is to ensure that the gas cut water with a pressure device, whether dehydration or dehydration after compression, which two kinds of conditions there was no gas leak.
    The field verification showed that 0 ~ 6.0 Mpa water pressure within the cut-off, cut-off a few months after the water has no gas or liquid hydrocarbon leaks, it fully meets the needs of the site conditions.
This product is for liquefied petroleum gas tanks to automatically cut-off water, replacing the artificial cutting-off of water, cutting-off the water easily solves the drawbacks of leakage, and reduces the waste of liquefied petroleum gas, to be effectively in control of human poisoning, or flammable and explosive incidents. Therefore, the products also meet the emissions for underground drain of the system, the pipeline of the requirements, to avoid the disorderly emissions and to improve an ecological environment.
 
This product is approved by the labor department after rigorous testing, the design and manufacture and acceptance of full compliance with the following standards:

2. GB/T50183-2004 "oil and gas engineering fire protection";
3. Design, materials, manufacturing, testing and acceptance criteria: GB150-1998 "Steel Pressure Vessels";
4. Steel pipe flanges, gaskets, fasteners standards: HG20592-2000 and HG20592-20635;
5 paints, packaging and transportation standards: JB/T4711-2000 "coating of pressure vessels and transport packaging."
The product also can be equipped with surveillance detection system.
2.The principle
The product water from the automatic cutting device shell, float, lever and buoyancy amplification mechanism, no secondary seal back pressure valve and other major components. It uses water and the density difference between liquid hydrocarbons and liquid in the container, the principle of a uniform pressure, through the floating is immersed in water and liquid hydrocarbons in the buoyancy to achieve a difference between up and down movement, with the buoyancy force amplification mechanism zoom bad, as a driving force to a non-pressure control valve to open and close, and cutting-off the water in the heater tank with the liquid hydrocarbon separated automatically and quickly returned to the tank ball, cutting-off the water to achieve automatic control.
This product is also based on user needs, for additional automatic control systems (including: remote monitoring system, with emergency shut-off valve, signal processing, monitoring, display, etc.), more than in the control room to monitor the pool to cut-off water, the implementation of emergency on, off , so that liquefied petroleum gas cut water management automation.

6.Installation
1.Cut-off the water level control device on the fastening of the platforms, burying it under the leg anchor bolts;
2.The gas tank drainage and the water inlet need to get connected to the device, the butt need to be completely sealed, and with strong support of the ground, so that the weight of the water cutter control falls entirely onto the platform;
3.The liquefied petroleum gas installation should take over the water cut-static ground wire, the ground resistance value should not be greater than 10 Ohms, in order to prevent a static electricity.
7.User Guide
1. When the first cut opens the gas tank water drainage valve, the outlet water into the cut, then cut open the water outlet valve device, namely, automatic drainage, water, automatically drain and cut off the water;
2. Cut-off the water is normally part of maintenance and troubleshooting work, you must first cut off a good water trap from the outlet valve. The liquefied petroleum gas tank drainage valve opens 50 minutes later, the shell cuts water back to the ball inside the tank with the liquid hydrocarbon, close first the liquefied petroleum gas tank and then close the drainage valve, to ensure the safety of the maintenance work;
3. The liquefier water cutting device use, repair, should be maintained by the Ministry of Labor and the personnel supervision and management of the gas tank provision, and use of liquefied petroleum gas must be strictly under control of cut-off water use and repair, maintenance and the monitoring management system;
4. The liquefier water cutting device should not be near heat sources, may not be hit, cutting-off is prohibited in water traps around the usage of easy-sparking tools or/and fireworks;
5. In winter or cutting in northern areas with cold water traps it should be paid attention to isolate to prevent freezing of the equipment.
6. The automatic control system installation:
a) to a dehydrator system assembly the system as followed: from the connector, make an emergency shut-off of the valve, with a hydrocarbon gas sensing probe to monitor the tanks, parts and other components of the processing information;
b) If the user need, just connect the outlet of the whole system with the water cut-off device, and then connect it to the 24V power supply, so the installation is very convenient.
8.Cut checks and maintenance of water heaters
1. The water cut-off device should get check every day, in order to keep the water is in good working condition, and strict implementation of the local labor department and the relevant provisions of the public security fire departments;
2.liquefied petroleum gas cut water heaters should be regularly checked, divided into monthly inspections, annual inspections and a comprehensive examination of three, annual inspections once per year, a comprehensive test by "content regulation" of the relevant provisions, cut water use from the input device from the three the first comprehensive examination must be carried out during the annual inspection found serious flaws in the testing must be comprehensive in advance;
3. Take a comprehensive test of the labor-related departments and user management procedures which should be strict under implementation of the provisions;
A. Liquefied petroleum water cutter annual testing devices include the following:
(1) Checking the surface of the water-cutter for cracks, corrosion, pitting, leaks and other defects;
(2) In accordance with "content regulation" the relevant requirements of a check of non-pressure valve, solenoid valve, the outlet valve, and make the appropriate performance test or inspection, failing parts should be replaced;

(4) Pressure test and the shell thickness test (if greater than 3.67mm).
B. Monthly tests include the following:
(1) Whether the appearance of cut-off water heaters has anomalies;
(2) The water cutter works normal;
(3) Whether there is a leakage of the liquid hydrocarbon drainage;
(4) When the operation of the water cutter is complete, if the water control outlet valve is closed;
(5) If the components of the monitoring system are operating correctly.
