Appearance: a white amorphous solid particles, with good fluidity.

Magnesium silicate adsorbent ( xMgO ySiO2 nH2O ) is one of the series of products of silicate, the appearance is a white amorphous solid particles, with good fluidity, which belongs to the solid amphoteric compounds, and the particles into a porous structure, with the performance of deacidification, decolorization and deodorization, adsorption of potassium and sodium ions and filtering the excellentmedium. Magnesium silicate adsorbent has been widely used in polyether refining adsorbent can be acid, alkali, and potassium, sodium ion adsorption polyether in crude, and the use of porous adsorbent pigment, odor of polyether in the product has excellent adsorption effect, so that the polyether attaining refining effect.

Control of dehydration rate, when the moisture content to achieve the requirement ( such as less than 0.1% ), thermal material circulation filtering ( such as 110± 5 , pressure 2 ~ 4KPa ), analysis of circulatingfiltrate of k+ (Na+) ion concentration reached, collect the clear filtrate, obtain qualified polyether polyol.

Usage of of magnesium silicate:

It is used for paper-making, ceramics, plastic, rubber, textile, pharmaceutical, agricultural insecticides,

cosmetic, leather, insulating material and many other industries. Natural lumps can be used in making slate pencils and carvings etc.
