Isopentane
Usage：
Isopentane is effective catalyst carrier and coolant in polymerisation process of ethylene plant, for example SABIC ethylene or Sinopec ethylene plant.
Other applications include a foaming agent, condensing agent, bitumen upgrade, propellant or active ingredient in pharmaceutical and pesticides.
Hot sales are 95% and 99% grade while customer-tailored grade is available.

Isopentane is extremely flammable, will form an explosive mixture with air, may result in combustion and explosion if exposed to the source of heat or open fire. May explode when in a heated container. React violently with an oxidizing agent. It is heavier than air and insoluble in water, will spread to distant area at lower levels, and strike-back if come into a source of ignition. Read MSDS carefully before handling.

Dongying Liangxin Petrochemical belongs to Junyuan Group, was established in 2009 with registered capital of 180million RMB (roughly 27 million USD). The main business covers propane and butane series, pentane series, hexane series, solvent oil series, and aromatic series. It is the largest manufacturer of hydrocarbon solvent, refrigeration solvent and blowing agent in China now and it is the first one who get food grade hexane production license in China.

There are 22 Rectifying columns, 2 Hydrogenation units, 1 De-sulfurization and De-aromatization unit in Junyuan Group. Meanwhile, there are ten 1000 m3 Spherical tanks, thirty 3000m3 average Floating roof tanks and thirty 200m3 average Horizontal tanks. Pentane capacity is 100 kt/a, hexane is 80kt/a, solvent is 150 kt/a and Petroleum Benzene is 10 kt/a.

All the production of Junyuan Group is authenticated by the ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHS18001 certification. ROSH, CIQ, CO, SGS, BV and other international approvals have also been achieved. Junyuans home laboratory is approved by CNPC, SINOPEC, with whom long term business relationship has been achieved.
