The low speed industrial transportation loading and unloading trailer is usually used at ship yard, plant and factory, certain production line. It could get power from outside or from the battery. The trailer was developed to dramatically reduce the material handling requirements of cranes and fork trucks while providing quick, safe and smooth movement of materials and/or products through manufacturing facilities. Our loading and unloading trailer construction is based on our world renowned transfer facilities and provides controlled movement of heavy and over sized loads such as dies, coils and work in progress. Our trailer is available in a number of configurations specifically designed to suit the needs of our customers.
Application Sites
Heavy duty die transportation
Heavy duty die or machine parts transportation are really difficult problem for factory, although we can use crane, forklifts, or other transporter. But sometimes, those transporters can’t meet the special usage for plants.For example, we need the cargo to lift certain height, traverse low tables and machine, run while working.
Metal Stell Coils and Pipes Transportation
The loading and unloading trailer could be used to transport coils and pipes with V shape support to prevent falling down.
To protect the motorized trailer’s table platform, we would add rubber blanket to reduce the vertical direction impact.
Machine Parts Transporter
The electric transporter could be used to transfer heavy duty machine parts for fabrication industry.
Plate Frame Vehicle
The flat bed trailer can be sued to handle steel plate and machine frame with heavy loads.
Hot Ladle Carrier
The self-propelled material handling vehicle could transfer the hot steel ladle and molten steel and metal for casting and forging industry.

Electrical Box
The battery conducts electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. Then the reducer drives the wheels of the energy transfer facility start, stop, go forward and backward, and the speed can be adjusted at the same time. The professional charger can give electricity to the battery when the battery is no power.
Warning Light
All new energy transfer facility benefit from the addition of an emergency hazard warning light system as standard.
Wheels
Wheel material: cast steel 55. It can be casted or foundry as per client demand. It can be double collar wheel , also be single collar wheel.
Vrla Battery Pack
The power supply system uses vrla battery pack, large capacity, one charge should be able to use continuously for more than 4 hours.
The battery pack is equipped with the charger.

Use full-automatic cutting machine, it has small deviation.
Wheel producing
We have a professional wheel producing plants which provide the good quality and material.

Packaging Details |
For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container. |

If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo. |
