Magnesium hydroxide is a non-toxic, high efficient, smoke suppression, environmental flame retardant, and its max processing temperature can be 300℃. Can be widely used to produce flame retardant PE board/sheet, flame retardant ABS board, Flame Retardant PVC Foamed Board, Flame Retardant PVC Floor Board, Flame Retardant EVA foamed Board, Flame Retardant WPC Board/Profile

Coupling agent coated magnesium hydroxide easy dispersed into PE, EVA, and PVC, to produce HFFR compound, and then make HFFR cable, septum, electronic equipment covers and etc.

Flame-retardant mechanism
1: Decomposition of magnesium hydroxide absorb heat, which is beneficial to reduce the flame combustion temperature.
2: The decomposition of magnesium hydroxide create water, it’s not only the coolant, also reduce the smoke density as thinner.
3: The decomposition of magnesium hydroxide created MgO, which specific surface is quite big, easy absorb smoke, and cover the combustible material.
