Formula: NaH₂PO₄, NaH₂PO₄·H₂O
Molecular Weight:119.98,137.99
Specificity :NaH₂PO₄ is white crystalline powder or granules, and melting point is at
190℃.NaH₂PO₄, NaH₂PO₄·H₂O is white or transparent crystals or granules, relative density
at 1.915, melting point at 57.4℃. All easily soluble in water, but not in ethanol solution. PH
value of 1% solution is between 4.1-4.7.

USES: In food industry, it mainly used as quality improver, PH adjuster, buffering agent, emulsification agent, nutritional enhancer, and water conservation agent, etc. Mainly for the food products of cheese, drink, jelly, tomato paste, ham and other meat products.
Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner, and Composite paper bag as the out
layer The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a ventilative and dry warehouse instead of in
the open air, kept away from water, moisture and sunlight during transport, handled with
care, so as to avoid damage to plastic bags. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from
poisonous substances.
